New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): Here, cumin prices fell down by Rs 3000 to Rs 63000 per quintal owing to the profit taking selling from the stockists at the lower level. Before this, the prices have gone down by Rs 1000 per quintal. There are about 3000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices held stable at the level of the previous day. The active contract improved by Rs 95 or 0.17 percent to Rs 56100 per quintal because of the nominal speculative buying, due to this reason, the market sentiments may affect. There is a possibility of break on downtrend in the spot cumin prices during the coming days.
