New Delhi, 01 September (NNS): Here, cumin prices jumped by Rs 1000 to Rs 62000 per quintal owing to the increased sale at the lower level. Recently, the prices have gone down in the same ratio. There are about 3000/3500 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices rose by Rs 100/125 per 20 kg. The active contract went up by Rs 1625 or 2.96 percent to Rs 56450 per kg owing to the all-round speculative buying. Due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot cumin prices may likely to remain strong during the coming days.
