New Delhi, 26 October (NNS): Here, the prices of red Chilli 334 no. remained firm at Rs 25500 per quintal due to the sluggish trading activities than the normal level and supply. However, the prices of fatki and teza and fulcut rose by Rs 300/1000 per quintal. In Guntur, around 25000/28000 bags of red chilli reported to arrive and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The spot red chilli prices will likely to remain strong during the coming one or two days because the arrival pressure of the stock may increase during the time of Diwali.
