New Delhi, 27 November (NNS): Here, the offtake of red chilli reported to be sluggish after the starting of the wedding season. As a result, the prices of red chilli 334 no. remained stable at RS 26000 per quitnal. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 500 per quintal. There was a weekly holiday in the Guntur, but before this, around 45000 bags of red chilli reported to arrive and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The crop has already been arrive in Madhya pradesh. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices during the coming days.
