New Delhi, 06 December (NNS): The stockists have been selling their stock constantly owing to the increment in the sowing of cumin in Gujarat, due to this reason, its prices slipped by Rs 500 to Rs 44000 per quintal. During the precious day, t he prices have gone down by Rs 1000 per quintal. There were about 2000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices fell down by Rs 300/500 per 20 kg. The active contract ascended by Rs 240 or 0.61 percent to Rs 38795 per quintal because of the limited speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain sluggish during the coming one or two days.
