New Delhi, 06 December (NNS): There are around 3000 bags of turmeric reported to arrive in Erode mandi and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. However, there is no effect chakrawat strom in Erode, even after this, here, the prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis remained stable at Rs 13200 per quintal due to the sluggish buying. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. The active contract went up by Rs 140 or 1.11 percent to Rs 12776 per quintal owing to the strong speculative buying. The spot turmeric prices will likely to remain in the limited area during the coming days.
