New Delhi, 08 December (NNS): Here, the prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis gained by Rs 100 to Rs 13500 per quintal owing to the limited support of buying. During the previous day, the prices have gone down in the same ratio. There were around 6000 bags of turmeric reported to arrive in Erode mandi and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract softened by Rs 12 or 0.10 percent to Rs 12600 per quintal owing to the sluggish speculative buying. The spot turmeric prices will likely to remain in the limited area during the coming days.
