New Delhi, 01 January (NNS): Here, the prices of red chilli 334 no. held stable at Rs 25000 per quintal due to the sluggish offtake during the winter season. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 1000 per quintal. There was holiday in Guntur during the New Year, there, around 50000 bags of red chilli reported to arrive and the prices held stable at the level of the previous day. The market sentiments may affect on seeing the new crop. In this situation, the spot red chilli prices will not likely to increase during the coming days.
