New Delhi, 01 January (NNS): Here, turmeric Erode gatha asitis rose by Rs 100 o Rs 13400 per quintal. Before this, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. The Erode mandi was remain closed due to the New Year. The active contract dropped down by Rs 28 or 0.20 percent to Rs 14144 per quintal owing to the nominal speculative buying. The spot turmeric prices will likely to remain in the limited area during the near future.
