New Delhi, 04 January (NNS): The prices of cumin jumped by Rs 1000 to Rs 36000 per quintal because of the increased buying from the stockists. There were around 2000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices went up by Rs 200 per 20 kg. The active contract jumped by Rs 1875 or 5.99 percent to Rs 33165 per quintal due to the all-round speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. There is no possibility of nominal uptrend and downtrend in the prices during the coming days.
