New Delhi, 30 January (NNS): Here, cumin prices held stable at Rs 30000 per quintal because of the sluggish sale even after the weak prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 500 per quintal. There were around 3000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices remained stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract rose by Rs 455 or 1.73 percent to Rs 26695 per kg owing to the strong speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will not likely to remain strong during the coming days.
