New Delhi, 08 February (NNS): Here, the prices of red chilli 334 no. held firm at Rs 24000 per quintal due to the sluggish sale at the higher level. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 500 per quintal. There were around 1.25 lakh bags of red chilli reported to arrive in Gurtur and the prices remained stable at the same level of the previous day. The market sentiments may affect owing to the appropriate arrival pressure of the stock. The spot red chilli prices will likely to remain strong during the coming days.
