New Delhi, 19 February (NNS): Here, coriander badami prices ascended by Rs 300 to Rs 8200 per quintal due to the sluggish supply than the normal level after the increased arrivals in Ramganj mandi. Before this, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. There were around 2000/2500 bags including 4000 bags of coriander reported to arrive in Erode and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract rose by Rs 40 or 0.153 percent to Rs 7580 per quintal due to the increased speculative buying. The spot coriander prices may show more downtrend in the spot coriander prices during the coming days.
