New Delhi, 06 March (NNS): There were around 40000/42000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha. Its arrivals showed downfall as comparative, whereas, its sale also seems weak, due to this reason, its prices declined by Rs 50 per 20 kg. Here also, its prices descended by Rs 300 to Rs 27200 per quintal because of the feeble buying. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 500 per quintal. The active contract dropped down by Rs 45 or 0.18 percent to Rs 25390 per quintal owing to the sluggish speculative buying. There is no possibility of long uptrend in the spot cumin prices during the coming one or two days.
