New Delhi, 11 April (NNS): The offtake of cumin reported to be sluggish even after the feeble prices, due to this reason, cumin prices remained stable at Rs 26500 per quintal.  During the previous day, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. There were around 35000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices declined by Rs 50/75 per 20 kg. There was holiday in the contract market, but the active contract dropped down by Rs 250 or 1.04 percent to Rs f23685 per quintal because of the sluggish speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain improved during the near future.
