
New Delhi, 18 April (NNS): The arrivals of the black pepper stock reported to be sluggish in the markets of South India, due to which, the prices have also been ruling at the higher level. Apart from this, the selling of the black pepper seems feeble in the other countries from there and the prices of Indian black pepper showed downfall, due to which, there will be lack of export during the near future. As a result, the prices have also been ruling at the higher level in North India from Kochin. Here, the demand has also been started increasing at the lower level. Whereas, the market is being quoted at the strong level in Kochin. Today, the prices of black pepper also ruling at Rs 660/665 per kg as quality wise. The best quality stock also being traded at Rs 670 per kg, whereas, the prices of the stock eased by Rs 10 per kg.
