New Delhi, 25 April (NNS):  The arrivals of black pepper reported to be weak in the markets of South India, due to which, its prices have been ruling at the higher level. Apart from this, the export seems sluggish from there and the prices of Indian black pepper showed heavy downfall, due to which, there is no possibility of export from here. As a result, the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the markets of North India from Kochi. Here, the demand also started increasing constantly at the lower level. There, the market showed strong trend in Kochi. Today, the inferior quality stock of black pepper has been started arriving constantly from Kochi, whereas, it is ruling at Rs 650/655 per kg. On the other hand, there, it is being traded at Rs 630/635 per kg. The best quality stock also being available at Rs 670 per kg.
