New Delhi, 17 May (NNS): Here, cumin prices held stable at Rs 28000 per quintal due to the sluggish sale at the higher level. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 200 per quintal. There were around 28000/30000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices gained by Rs 50/60 per 20 kg. The active contract went up by Rs 240 or 0.82 percent to Rs 29500 per quintal due to the increased speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the coming days.
