New Delhi, 20 May (NNS): The prices of coriander badami rose by Rs 400 to Rs 8600 per quintal due to the increased buying from the stockists even after the feeble prices. Before this, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. There were around 7000/8000 bags of coriander reported to arrive in the Ramganj mandi and the prices held stable at the level of the previous day. The active contract prices improved by Rs 12 or 0.16 percent to Rs 7454 per quintal because of the nominal speculative buying even after the holiday in the contract market. The spot coriander prices will likely to remain in the limited area during the coming days.
