New Delhi, 31 May (NNS): Presently, the delivery of turmeric reported to be weak in the contract market, due to this reason, the prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis gained by Rs 20 to Rs 184 per kg. Here, the profit taking selling has been started increasing from the stockists during the last one week, due to which, its prices eased by Rs 6/7 to Rs 177/178 per kg. Today, the prices of eased by Rs 2 per kg. Now, the speculators have sold huge amount of stock, due to which, the prices will not likely to increase, but there is no downtrend in the roots.
