New Delhi, 03 June (NNS): Here, the prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis reduced by Rs 600 to Rs 18200 per quintal owing to the weak buying at the higher level. There were around 2000 bags of turmeric reported to arrive in Erode and the prices remained stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract went up by Rs 254 or 1.54 percent to Rs 17860 per quintal owing to the increased speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot turmeric prices will likely to remain high during the coming days.
