New Delhi, 25 August (NNS): Here, the prices of black pepper markara gained by Rs 25 to Rs 750 per kg owing to the strong buying from the stockists at the higher prices. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs10 per kg. In Kochi, the arrivals held stable at the same level of the previous day and the prices improved by Rs 10 per kg. The market sentiments may affect as the stock of Shri Lanka will likely to arrive soon. There is no fear of downfall in the spot black pepper prices during the near future.
