New Delhi, 12 September (NNS): The prices of cumin remained stable at Rs 20600 per quintal because of the sluggish offtake even after the feeble prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. There were around 8000/9000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract prices softened by Rs 35 or 0.18 percent to Rs 19015 per quintal because of the weak speculative selling. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain sluggish during the coming days.
