New Delhi, 26 November (NNS): The stock of coriander has been sowing in the famous producing states of Rajasthan. It is expected that the sowing of the crop may decrease. As a result, the offtake of coriander will remain sluggish. Therefore, here, the prices of coriander badami remained firm at Rs 10600 per quintal. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 500/600 per quintal. There were around 500/600 bags of coriander reported to arrive in Baran mandi and the prices remained stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract prices rose by Rs 128 or 1.37 percent to Rs 9500 per quintal because of strong speculative buying. The spot coriander prices will likely to remain strong during the near future.
