New Delhi, 23 April (NNS): The prices of cumin has been ruling at the lower level after the increment, due to this reason, cumin prices went down by Rs 100 to Rs 23500/24000 per quintal. Recently, it’s prices have gone up by Rs 200 per quintal. The prices of cumin is showing temporary downfall. The demand of cumin reported to be strong due to the weak production, sluggish arrivals and activeness of the stockists. The production of cumin get affected in Gujarat and Rajasthan due to the unfavourable weather conditions. The prices are getting support as the export demand seems high and shortage of stock during the previous year. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the coming days.
