New Delhi, 01 May (NNS): The prices of cumin showed constant downfall. Here, cumin prices declined by Rs 100 to Rs 23200 per quintal due to the weak offtake even after the downfall in the prices during the previous days. There was holiday in Unjha, but the arrivals reported to be around 12000/13000 bags in Unjha. The active contract prices slipped by Rs 250 or 1.21 percent to Rs 20430 per quintal due to the weak speculative buying. The market sentiments may affect due to the lack of demand from the exporters. The spot cumin prices may not show uptrend during the coming days.
