New Delhi, 28 May (NNS): The trading activities in black pepper reported to be sluggish due to the intense heat, as a result, here, the prices of black pepper markara remained stable at Rs 780 per kg. Recently, the prices have improved by Rs 5 per kg. The market remained close in Kochi on the occasion of Bakr-eid. The imported stock of black pepper has been started arriving in the country from Sri Lanka, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. There is no possibility of more increment in the prices during the coming one or two days.
