New Delhi, 03 June (NNS): The arrivals of cumin declined to 11000/12000 bags in Unjha. The arrivals reported to be weak as comparatively, after this, the buying seems weak, due to this, there, the prices of cumin declined by Rs 20/25 per 20 kg. Here, the prices of cumin dropped down by Rs 400 to Rs 22000 per quintal due to the sluggish buying. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. The active contract prices went down by Rs 110 or 0.58 percent to Rs 18810 per quintal due to the sluggish speculative buying. The market sentiments may affect due to the lack of demand from the exporters. The spot cumin prices will not likely to increase during the coming days.
