New Delhi, 17 June (NNS): The demand of coriander reported to be strong after the uptrend in the prices during the previous days. As a result, here, the prices of coriander badami rose by Rs 200 to Rs 15000 per quintal. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 1000 per quintal. There were around 400 bags of coriander reported to arrive and its prices jumped by Rs 300/500 per quintal. The active contract prices went up by Rs 42 or 0.30 percent to Rs 14018 per quintal because of the limited speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. There is no possibility of long downfall in the spot coriander prices during the coming one or two days.
