New Delhi, 22 June (NNS): Here, the prices of black pepper markara remained firm at Rs 770 per kg because of the sluggish offtake even after the feeble prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 10 per kg. Both the arrivals and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day in Kochi. The market sentiments may affect as the imported stock of oil may reach soon to India from Sri Lank after 20/22 days. The spot black pepper prices will likely to remain sluggish during the coming one or two days.
