New Delhi, 02 July (NNS): Today, the offtake of small cardamom reported to be sluggish even after the downfall in the prices during the previous days, as a result, here, the prices of small cardamom 7.5 mm remained firm at Rs 2900 per kg. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 50 per kg. During the previous day, the arrivals of small cardamom reduced to 65303 kg in the Greenhouse Cardamom Marketing Private Limited Auction. The average auction price reduced to Rs 2814.97 per kg amid weak buying even after the feeble arrivals than the normal level. Before this, its prices were at Rs 2855.38 per kg in the last auction which held on 20th June. There is no possibility of increment in the prices during the coming days.
