New Delhi, 31 July (NNS): Here, the price of turmeric erode gatha asitis remained stable at Rs 19000 per quintal owing to the all-round buying stockists. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. There were around 8000 bags of turmeric reported to arrive and the prices gained by Rs 200/300 per quintal. The active contract prices rose by Rs 498 or 2.39 percent to Rs 21354 per quintal because of the strong speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot turmeric prices will likely to remain strong during the coming days.
