On the other hand, the production showed downfall in the big producing countries, due to this, the productivity of dry ginger seems weak in the country. The supply reported to be weak in the market, due to this, both the big traders and the stockists are purchasing the stock at the lower level, due to which, the prices showed strong trend. Recently, the prices of dry ginger jumped by Rs 500 per quintal. After this, its prices remained stable at Rs 32000/32500 per quintal. On seeing the increment in the prices of dry ginger in ayurvedic and food products. Unless the arrivals of fresh raw ginger in the markets improves and processing costs come down, the prices of dry ginger may not show downfall during the near future.
