The new crop of poppy seeds have been started arriving from March and April, due to this, its prices will likely to remain under pressure after the increment in the arrivals of new crop. The supply of the stock showed up trend because of the heavy availability of the imported stock and constant arrivals of the new crop in the markets, due to this, the supply seems high. The arrivals of the stock reported to be normal in the Neemuch line of Madhya Pradesh. Despite the soft trend in the prices, both the traders and the stockist are selling limited amount of stock at the lower level.
